Job Summary
Providing leadership in healthcare services, the full-time California Licensed Program Manager will manage internal projects and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while focusing on process improvement and quality initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaboratively plan and execute healthcare services projects involving cross-functional teams from design to completion
- Communicate program goals and evaluations to ensure adherence to standardized protocols and processes
- Conduct quality audits to assess staff educational needs and implement necessary quality initiatives
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of healthcare experience, including clinical operations and 3 years in areas like utilization management or care management
- Active and unrestricted clinical licensure such as RN, LVN, LPN, or equivalent, as required by state regulations
- Experience working within applicable state, federal, and third-party regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate online portals and databases
