Job Summary
A company is looking for a Counsel, Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and SaaS sales agreements
- Provide practical legal advice to Sales executives and internal stakeholders on revenue transactions
- Develop and maintain essential tools and resources for the efficient functioning of the legal team
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of transactional commercial legal experience, with at least 4 years in public sector
- JD from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
- Extensive experience with public sector commercial agreements and regulations
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and commercial negotiation best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client demands in a fast-paced environment
