Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Accountant to assist in invoicing and revenue recognition while maturing accounting functions and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
- Prepare and reconcile monthly revenue reports and account balances, providing analyses of variances
- Manage the multi-entity invoicing process and assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services preferred
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 27 after hire
- Experience with ASC 606 on revenue recognition
- Team-oriented with a desire to support other team members
