Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Commercial & Data Privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex commercial transactions, including B2B SaaS agreements and strategic partnerships
- Provide legal support to various business units and enhance privacy compliance programs
- Drive improvements in contract negotiations and operational excellence in legal processes
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a SaaS company
- Strong knowledge of US and international privacy and data protection laws
- Expertise in commercial technology transactions and global negotiation practices
- Ability to understand product development in relation to data protection regulations
- Proactive in enhancing legal templates, policies, and processes
