Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology according to accreditation standards
• Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty while ensuring curriculum consistency and quality
• Develop and oversee program policies, budgets, and compliance with accreditation standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or related field from an accredited institution
• Ph.D. or terminal degree preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in speech-language pathology, including clinical practice
• At least two years of full-time academic experience with teaching responsibilities
• Eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
