Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Call Center to oversee operational aspects of the Shared Services Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational functions of the Call Center to meet organizational objectives
- Supervise and coordinate activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Facilitate employee development and manage performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Call Center environment, with experience managing 50 or more representatives
- 3+ years of healthcare administration experience, including supervisory experience
- Knowledge of human resource management practices and governmental regulations
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex data
