Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Call Center to oversee operational aspects of the Shared Services Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all operational functions of the Call Center to meet organizational objectives
  • Supervise and coordinate activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Facilitate employee development and manage performance evaluations

Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Call Center environment, with experience managing 50 or more representatives
  • 3+ years of healthcare administration experience, including supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of human resource management practices and governmental regulations
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex data
