Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Counsel - Temp - US Based with Canadian License.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and advise on frameworks, policies, and processes for RPAA compliance
- Provide guidance on implementing identity verification processes to meet MAP requirements
- Advise on the execution of consumer-driven regulations and support regulatory compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience
- Licensed to practice law in Canada
- Significant expertise in payments law and consumer protection regulations
- Preferred experience as a product counsel
- Familiarity with Mac systems and Google Suite tools
