Job Summary
As a full-time Care Advisor Concierge, the successful candidate will assist benefit recipients in navigating the product platform, making service recommendations, and supporting order completion, all while working remotely from approved locations in the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist members with assessments and recommend service plans based on their needs
- Coordinate and schedule services while following up with members through outbound calls
- Support members in accessing community resources such as homecare, meals, and transportation
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience in Public/Community Health or related fields preferred
- Proven experience in telephonic communication and customer service
