Care Team Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Care Team Associate for their concurrent authorization department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and execution of Utilization Management programs and processes
- Prepare authorizations by obtaining medical records and assist in troubleshooting authorization issues
- Provide training and orientation for new staff and act as a subject matter expert for existing staff
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and email
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for occasional overtime
