Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead career coaching sessions to motivate and guide learners through their job search challenges
- Facilitate career workshops and customize content based on audience needs
- Document coaching sessions and report on success metrics to enhance program offerings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in career coaching or career services
- Experience working with CRM and LMS platforms
- Experience in a remote-based work environment
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred
- Knowledgeable in coaching best practices and trends
