Job Summary
A company is looking for an Online Career Services Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching to graduates on job search initiatives, including resume writing and interview skills
- Develop and manage partnerships with employers to create career opportunities for students and alumni
- Coordinate career-related events such as job fairs and networking workshops
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 2-3 years of related experience in recruiting, staffing, or career coaching
- Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
