Job Summary
A company is looking for a Carline Specialist in the virtual US.

- Provide technical assistance to automotive technicians
- Execute daily transactions and handle multiple calls per hour
- Generate a minimum percentage of verified repairs based on technical assistance calls
Required Qualifications:
- 2-year automotive degree or equivalent experience
- ASE master certification within 6 months of hire
- 10 years of GM automotive repair experience
- Credentials of factory training or certifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of lab-scope operation and waveform identification
