- Oversee exam development activities including job task analyses and item development
- Develop and implement standardized processes for the exam development cycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Education, or a related field
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role
- 3+ years of experience in professional certification programming in a large organization
- Experience with exam development platforms and subject matter expert coordination
