Job Summary
A company is looking for an Experienced CRE Appraiser to join their Valuation team as a Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently produce appraisal reports for various commercial real estate assets
- Research macro and micro trends in the commercial real estate industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry participants and support leadership initiatives
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of appraisal experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience independently producing appraisal reports
- State licensure required; MAI designation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical abilities and a self-starter mentality
