Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional & Facility Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately code medical records for evaluation and management services, ancillary services, surgical procedures, and diagnoses
• Enter charges for pro-fees and/or facility fees
• Stay updated about new coding rules and maintain department production and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of coding experience in multiple specialties
• Certification as CPC, RHIT, or RHIA
• Charge entry experience
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and internet)
