Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

To support revenue cycle management initiatives, the full-time Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst will deliver forecasts, analytics, and insights related to Client-reported Net Patient Revenue (NPR) and cash collections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze trends in patient volumes and service line utilization to support revenue forecasting and analytics
• Collaborate with operational teams to forecast cash collections and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Maintain NPR lift reporting tools and assist in the development of enhanced methods for capturing NPR Lift data

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of relevant job experience in revenue cycle management
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire
• Strong data skills, including proficiency with MS Excel and relational database management
• Knowledge of revenue cycle structure and experience with SQL programming
