Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead and influence the Enterprise Productivity team in following Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with the Product Owner to build and maintain the product roadmap and release plan
• Facilitate Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives while promoting self-organization and collaboration
• Identify areas for process improvement and manage relevant metrics to track team progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in a lead role on projects or scrum teams
• Understanding of iterative development and software development processes
• Familiarity with Agile practices and service-oriented environments
• Experience in leading agile teams in SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban contexts is preferred
