Job Summary

Providing servant leadership and Agile delivery oversight, the remote Agile Lead Scrum Manager will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage JIRA documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client IT systems in classified and unclassified environments.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of IT system increments
• Manage JIRA Boards to monitor team progress, ensure transparency, and provide insights on performance metrics
• Identify and remove blockers to enable teams to meet sprint goals while supporting CI/CD practices integration

Required qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification or higher
• 8+ years of software project experience with a minimum of 5 years on Agile teams
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required
• Experience in DevSecOps environments and proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
