Job Summary

To enhance project delivery, the full-time Agile Scrum Master - Lead will monitor and improve the scrum process, coach the scrum team, and foster self-organization while ensuring adherence to scrum principles and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the scrum process and project progress, addressing impediments in development
• Coach the scrum team to effectively apply processes for successful product creation
• Ensure scrum principles are understood by the development team and stakeholders, maximizing performance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and leading scrum teams
• Strong project management and people management skills
• CSM or PSM certification is required
• Experience in client-facing roles and delivery management
