Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support the Federal Aviation Agency's application development efforts, the full-time Certified Scrum Master will leverage agile methodologies to manage software development projects, facilitate team dynamics, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced technical program.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure teams meet release commitments
• Remove impediments and coordinate solutions to enhance team collaboration
• Coach team members on Scrum practices and promote Agile maturity

Required qualifications

• BA degree with 12 years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master in software development
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile project management certification
• Proficiency in agile project management tools, such as Jira
• Experience with federal government projects, specifically FAA or DOT
