Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Certified Scrum Master, the full-time remote Senior Scrum Master/Requirements Analyst will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with clients to define business requirements, and develop detailed documentation to support a software development team focused on complex web-based applications for Federal clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Collaborate with clients to create and review Program Increment planning and execute objectives
• Develop detailed user stories and business requirement documents while managing backlogs using Agile tools

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Requirements Analyst, facilitating stakeholder meetings
• Experience with SAFe methodologies and Agile software delivery
• Familiarity with enterprise web applications and compliance requirements for the Federal government
