Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with project goals and DoD objectives
• Develop and manage a detailed change management plan, including timelines and resource requirements
• Design and execute a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about changes

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in change management within public sector or DoD environments
• Relevant certifications such as CCMP or Prosci Change Management Certification
• Experience in large-scale, multi-phase programs or projects
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, management, IT, or related field
• US citizenship with a current/active Secret clearance
