Job Summary
A company is looking for a Channel Development Director to expand its partner ecosystem and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sale of products and services through national and global partners
- Develop and execute a business plan to scale services and enhance partner relationships
- Drive partner enablement throughout the customer journey lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software sales, partner development, or business development in a cloud-based environment
- Proven ability to establish and grow business relationships successfully
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience with Contact Center solutions and/or VoIP preferred
