Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Development Director to expand its partner ecosystem and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sale of products and services through national and global partners
  • Develop and execute a business plan to scale services and enhance partner relationships
  • Drive partner enablement throughout the customer journey lifecycle

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, partner development, or business development in a cloud-based environment
  • Proven ability to establish and grow business relationships successfully
  • Strong operational and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience with Contact Center solutions and/or VoIP preferred
