Job Summary
A company is looking for a Channel Operations Manager to help grow and nurture its partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with strategic channel partners and assess new potential partners for inclusion in the partner program
- Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns, partner training, and sales initiatives
- Track channel partner performance using KPIs and support operational improvements in deal registration and performance measurement
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in channel management, sales, business development, or sales/revenue operations
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing sales and partner relationships
- Experience in cybersecurity or related sectors
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong organizational skills
