Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chapter Membership Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support for member engagement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee chapter email inbox and respond to inquiries from chapter officers
- Assist with special projects, including distribution of appreciation certificates and managing chapter records
- Schedule meetings and prepare supporting materials for chapter officer events
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of relevant experience in administrative/project support
- Previous customer service or member support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Ability to retrieve data from CRM systems
