Charge Entry Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Physician Services Charge Entry Representative - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter charges in a timely manner, file claims, and run/work audit trails daily
- Process ERAs, payments, and adjustments
- Balance daily activity, review delinquent insurance and patient balances, and run reports as requested
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years' experience in Insurance/Healthcare and/or previous Data Entry responsibilities
- Strong data entry skills with ability to input a high volume of information
- Experienced using various billing software such as IDX, ADS, TES, BAR
- Knowledgeable regarding Interface, REG RUNS, Utilities, work files, edits, return tickets, and charge corrections
