Job Summary
A company is looking for an RCM Charge Reconciliation Lead to support timely and complete billing in the Revenue Cycle Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance metrics to ensure complete and accurate billing for a regional portfolio
- Drive cross-functional actions to resolve revenue-impacting issues
- Lead recurring reviews with stakeholders and support major Revenue Cycle initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or accounting preferred
- Over 4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred
- Over 1 year of experience leading a team or driving results through non-direct reports
