Chargeback Recovery Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chargeback Recovery Associate to protect its community and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain chargeback records and complete the representment, collections, and seizure process
• Investigate suspected fraud disputes and apply fraud mitigation best practices
• Work with internal teams to obtain player documents and assist with account reactivation

Required Qualifications and Education

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry
• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is considered an asset
• Knowledge of payment processing and chargebacks in an e-commerce environment
• Competence with Zendesk and Microsoft Excel; SQL experience is preferred
• Ability to obtain licenses in multiple jurisdictions
