Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to oversee finance and accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, billing, payroll, and financial planning
- Manage Accounting and Finance Department staff and promote financial accountability
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Executive Management team
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent required (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer in a public company or Fintech
- Ability to produce complex financial models and forecasts
- Strong technical skills in accounting software and reporting tools
- Experience managing a team and engaging with stakeholders
