Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial updates and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Senior Leadership team
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and oversee financial audits
- Manage relationships with funding sources and engage in contract pricing negotiations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred, MBA desirable
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in progressive financial leadership roles
- At least 10 years of experience in federal or government contracts
- Experience in accounting software, spreadsheets, and database applications
- Strong background in federal accounting and grants/contracts management
