Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Analyst Manager to oversee subrogation processes and manage a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance and conduct quality assurance through reject analysis and closed file reviews
- Manage workload distribution and inventory of files pending investigation
- Provide file-specific subrogation advice and assist in ensuring effective business processes
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of property and casualty (P&C) claims experience
- Previous subrogation experience is a strong plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong collaboration skills
