Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative II - Claims (Temp) to handle client inquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to high volumes of client/customer inquiries and requests over the phone
- Determine root causes and resolve client/customer issues, coordinating with internal departments as needed
- Document customer interactions and enter updates into the appropriate systems
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 - 4 years of related experience
