Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative II - Claims (Temp) to handle client inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to high volumes of client/customer inquiries and requests over the phone
  • Determine root causes and resolve client/customer issues, coordinating with internal departments as needed
  • Document customer interactions and enter updates into the appropriate systems

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience
