Key Responsibilities

• Define the claims design vision in partnership with key stakeholders and executives
• Lead the organization to build scalable processes for benefit configuration and claims adjudication
• Manage relationships cross-functionally to drive collaboration for strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in claims and benefit management or data analysis in healthcare
• 5+ years of experience in health plan administration configuration
• 10+ years of experience building and developing technical or operational teams
• 10+ years of experience in analytics with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
