Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Liaison II to serve as the claims payment expert and liaison between various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze trends in claims processing issues and identify work process solutions
  • Lead meetings with departments to prioritize claim projects and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with various business units to resolve claims issues and ensure accurate adjudication

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of claims processing, provider billing, or provider relations experience
  • Experience in a managed care environment preferred
  • Knowledge of provider contracts and reimbursement interpretation preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle issue resolution in a timely manner
