Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Liaison II to serve as the claims payment expert and liaison between various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze trends in claims processing issues and identify work process solutions
- Lead meetings with departments to prioritize claim projects and monitor progress
- Collaborate with various business units to resolve claims issues and ensure accurate adjudication
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of claims processing, provider billing, or provider relations experience
- Experience in a managed care environment preferred
- Knowledge of provider contracts and reimbursement interpretation preferred
- Ability to prioritize work and handle issue resolution in a timely manner
