Claims Processor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Processor to handle the review and determination of medical and dental claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical and dental claims and invoices using the QicLink system
- Analyze claims for compliance with clients' customized plans and applicable laws
- Make determinations regarding payment, partial payment, or denial of claims based on independent analysis
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of medical claims analysis experience (excluding Medicare/Medicaid)
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Experience with a Third-party Administrator is preferred
- Continuing education in areas affecting group health and welfare plans is required
