Job Summary

A company is looking for a California Claims and PDR Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
• Coordinate and complete projects while managing claims operations readiness tasks and timelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert and act as escalation lead for identified risks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare/payor setting, including claims operations
• 2+ years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end business processes impacting provider data and claims processing
• Proven ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
