Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Claims Quality Control and Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing claims training programs
  • Monitor and analyze claims performance and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and assist in maintaining procedure manuals

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Five plus years in property/casualty claims operations experience
  • California experience required, multi-state experience desired
  • Extensive knowledge of automobile claims handling processes
  • Ability to interpret coverage and implement California claims regulations
