Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Claims Quality Control and Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing claims training programs
- Monitor and analyze claims performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure regulatory compliance and assist in maintaining procedure manuals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Five plus years in property/casualty claims operations experience
- California experience required, multi-state experience desired
- Extensive knowledge of automobile claims handling processes
- Ability to interpret coverage and implement California claims regulations
