Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative - Collections Specialist (Remote, Temporary).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance claims for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to resolve claim discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely collection of payments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in claims processing, collections, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in insurance or finance is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
