Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Review and process claims for accuracy and completeness
Manage high volumes of non-routine claims and phone calls
Explain complex contract definitions to insured individuals

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
4 - 6 years of related experience
Understanding of claims handling processes for Wellness, Hospital, and Accident claims
Ability to review and understand non-routine medical records
Familiarity with tax reporting and special investigation duties
