Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Specialist - Waiver of Premium.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and determine claim decisions from first notice to resolution
- Create and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage work queue assignments within agreed SLAs and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to prioritize and balance workloads in a workflow environment
- Experience evaluating information related to benefit coverages and policy exclusions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
