Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist - Waiver of Premium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and determine claim decisions from first notice to resolution
  • Create and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Manage work queue assignments within agreed SLAs and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to prioritize and balance workloads in a workflow environment
  • Experience evaluating information related to benefit coverages and policy exclusions
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
