Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Support Coordinator for a contract-to-hire role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and timely customer service regarding health care claims
  • Organize health insurance paperwork and negotiate with providers on member balances
  • Assist in understanding explanations of benefits (EOBs) and adapt to evolving business requirements

Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare customer service, with a preference for insurance knowledge
  • Claims or appeals experience is required
  • Experience in accounts receivable or healthcare collections is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with medical offices and insurance companies
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
