Claims Systems Configuration Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Systems Configuration Lead Analyst to act as a Subject Matter Expert for claims system configuration and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for eviCore claims systems and processes, providing support to internal teams and external clients
- Lead client implementations and internal integration efforts, including change requests and design documentation
- Analyze existing setups for improvement opportunities and collaborate with technology teams to enhance reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in claims system configuration and processing
- Project Management Experience required
- Six Sigma Certification required
- Advanced experience with MS Access, MS Excel, and SQL querying
