Claims Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead to oversee a team of claims processors and provide technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and lead efforts in error reduction for claims processing
• Provide guidance on refund and recoupment adjudication and assist with complex benefit issues
• Monitor claims inventory and offer feedback on process improvements and areas of concern

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior claims processing experience required
• High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance
• Familiarity with HCPCS, CPT, and ICD 10 coding
• Ability to maintain adequate internet service for remote work
