Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Account Representative to manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and respond to inquiries via telephone and email
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues and ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert knowledge and support

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with four years of customer service experience, or an associate degree with two years of experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Experience in a corporate or retail customer service environment
  • Willingness to work a specific schedule including weekends and late nights
