Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Account Representative to manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and respond to inquiries via telephone and email
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues and ensure compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert knowledge and support
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with four years of customer service experience, or an associate degree with two years of experience
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics or Salesforce
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Experience in a corporate or retail customer service environment
- Willingness to work a specific schedule including weekends and late nights
