Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claims, invoices, and payments to ensure proper coding for services
• Conduct due diligence to support refund pursuits and verify provider payments
• Generate financial and billing reports while maintaining updated records of transactions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare billing (required)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is recommended for internal candidates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
