Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Care Specialist to provide day-to-day support for customers in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture customer relationships through superior support via tickets, chat, and phone
- Manage incoming support requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
- Enhance training materials and maintain data integrity through detailed documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of Customer Service or related experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
- Experience in staffing and/or tech companies preferred
