Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Care Specialist to provide day-to-day support for customers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture customer relationships through superior support via tickets, chat, and phone
  • Manage incoming support requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
  • Enhance training materials and maintain data integrity through detailed documentation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of Customer Service or related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus
  • Experience in staffing and/or tech companies preferred
