Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Development Manager to join their Client Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships with stakeholders to deliver value
- Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through engagement initiatives and account expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and act as a customer advocate
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing relationships from project teams to the executive level
- Strong commercial experience growing existing accounts ARR
- Ability to navigate multi-tiered organizations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Adaptable to rapid growth and change
