Job Summary

- Take customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
- Handle inbound calls and forward messages to clients in a fast-paced environment
- Work from a computer for the duration of the shift, regularly working 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications

- Dependable and punctual
- Above-average computer skills, including typing
- Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase satisfactorily
