Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager (CXM) Team Lead to oversee the Client and Billing Experience Managers and enhance the Client Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new Client and Billing Experience Managers
  • Mentor and coach team members, conducting performance reviews and career development discussions
  • Monitor team metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive accountability

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in the Rehabilitation Industry preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience leading a Support or Customer Experience Team
  • Ability to lead team meetings and educate teammates on processes
  • Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Slack
