Job Summary
Managing all non-licensed aspects of real estate transactions, the full-time Client Experience Specialist will work remotely in the Central Time Zone, ensuring timely and efficient processing of contracts, collaborating with agents and third parties, and providing exceptional service throughout the transaction process.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks, managing contractual dates and deadlines to ensure timely transaction closures
- Collaborate with agents and the agent services department to ensure compliance and proper documentation throughout the transaction
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all stakeholders, providing updates and managing communication during the closing process
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management and financial tools
- Strong analytical skills for managing financial details, including expense verification and commission calculations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume paperless environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
